New York, NY – Inc. revealed today that Team b. Strategy + ranks No. 3479 on the 2024 Inc. 5000, its annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The prestigious ranking provides a data-driven look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Under Armour, Timberland, Oracle, Patagonia, and many other household-name brands gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
Team b. Strategy + was initially recognized in 2021 as #2110 on Inc 5000’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies List, of which we were especially proud. 2020 was a difficult year for businesses, but the small business community had been hit the hardest during this time. Despite the hurdles, we saw meaningful growth and are pleased to keep the momentum going through 2024.
Over the last couple of years, we have not only expanded our services, but our team. We brought in 27 new employees across departments, which has enabled us to do more of what we love: help our clients succeed.

Companies on the 2024 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2020 to 2023. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2020. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2020 is $100,000; the minimum for 2023 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Growth rates used to determine company rankings were calculated to four decimal places.

The U.S. Military Spouse Chamber of Commerce created the first and only of its kind certification, in an unprecedented commitment to land military spouses a seat at the B2B table for the first time in history.
The United States has long been defended by members of the armed forces and in a silent role, military spouses support those service members. Cost of living in the U.S. often warrants dual household incomes to cope with high living expenses. Military families give up a lot in the name of freedom, from constant relocations, and time away from family, to the difficult reality that finding a career that fits this lifestyle continues to be a challenge. Secure employment for spouses continues to be an enduring sacrifice with military spouse unemployment being four times the national average, pre-pandemic.

NSBA is the nation’s oldest small-business advocacy organization and operates on a staunchly nonpartisan basis. Brittany Westling, a recognized leader in the small-business community, joins the NSBA Leadership Council alongside other small-business advocates from across the country to promote the interests of small business to policymakers in Washington, D.C.
